Cloud Gate is a sculpture by the famous artist Anish Kapoor at Millennium Park it’s best known by its nickname “The Bean”.
When my big brother surprised me and my sister and baby brother with a trip to Chicago we couldn’t hide our excitement.
Chicago is one of my favorite cities in the US.
When I travel I like to dress as any other day, I hate when people use traveling as an excuse to wear sandals with socks or sweatpants or even crocs, I hate crocs.
We went to Chicago in October, before my wedding as a goodbye trip.
For our fist day in town I wore this outfit, a pair of confortable ankle boots, black denim jeans, a classic denim shirt and a black leather jacket, to finish up my look I added a black beanie and a plaid scarf; they don call it windy city for nothing, specially in October.
It is important to look good even if you are a tourist, you just got to find a confortable pair of shoes and be prepared for the weather, remember to always check it before you leave the hotel.

Cloud Gate es una escultura del famosos artista Anish Kapoor mejor conocida como “El Bean”. Está ubicada en el Millenium Park de Chicago.
Cuando mi hermano nos sorprendió a mi hermana y a mi hermanito con un viaje a Chicago no podíamos esconder nuestra emoción.
Chicago es una de mis ciudades favorita de Estado Unidos.
Cuando viajo me gusta vestirme como normalmente lo hago, odio cuando la gente usa como pretexto el viajar para vestirse mal y usar sandalias con calcetines, pants o de plano crocs, odio las crocs.
Fuimos a Chicago en Octubre antes de mi boda como un viaje de despedida.
Para nuestro primer día en la ciudad decidí usar un par de botines cómodos, unos jeans negros, una camisa clásica de mezclilla y una chamarra negra de piel, para finalizar mi outfit agregué una bufanda a cuadros y un gorrito negro, no la llaman la ciudad del los vientos por nada, especialmente en octubre.
Es muy importarte verse bien inclusive si eres un turista, lo importante es encontrar un par de zapatos cómodos y estar preparados para el clima, recuerden siempre verlo antes de salir del hotel.
