Coats are basics for winter, they join perfectly every outfit and they keep you warm all day long.
I’ve been looking for month for a different kind of coat, I already have the classic black, the houndstooth one and black and grey stripped one; but I felt the need of a new color, less dark and casual chic.
Camel is a friendly color, is easy to combine, is different and it has become my predilection color this winter.
When I buy coats I’m pretty exigent, I like them to have great quality and to last a lifetime, I know is hard to find this characteristics nowadays, since fashion is constantly changing, the fabrics and the manufacture on the accessible fashion lacks of high quality, that is the main reason why I like to invest a few more bucks to get more quality.
After many visits to my favorite stores, I got into the Bimba Y Lola store (I’m loving their clothes an shoes) luck was on my side, all textiles were on sale, a casual visit to this store end up being a treasure hunt.
I found a great variety of coats in many different colors, red, pastel blue, black, among others, lucky for me they had a loose fit coat on my predilection color.
After trying on every coat available, as I thought it would be, my favorite one was the camel coat and it had a pretty reasonable price.
I´m actually proud of my purchase, I’m sure this coat will join me on many winters to come and it will look brand new for years, of course with the care I deserves.
This time I decided to wear it in a casual way, with a red and blue stripes sweater, a pair of jeans and a pair of ankle booties.
My Recommendation:
When buying coats try to find a classic fit, if you buy one with a rare shape it will probably get out of style really fast and the next winter you wont like it.
Colorful coat are incredible and I believe this tendency wont go out of style any time soon, don’t be afraid and buy one and wear it this winter and the winter to come, just remember to find a classic fit that will favor you for years not just one season.
Cold does not equals flat and black, play with the different textures and colors that the stores provide us a give your winter a colorful twist.

Los abrigos son un básico para el invierno, acompañan a la perfección cualquier vestimenta y te mantiene caliente durante todo el día.
Levaba un par de meses buscando un abrigo diferente, tengo el clásico negro, el de pata de gallo y uno a rayas grises y negras, pero sentía que necesitaba un color nuevo, menos obscuro y que luciera elegante y casual a mismo tiempo.
El color camello muy fácil de combinar, es un color diferente y se convirtió en el color más deseado en mi lista de regalos navideños.
Al comprar abrigos soy estricta, me gusta que sean de buena calidad y me duren toda la vida; se que es difícil buscar estas características hoy en día , ya que la moda va cambiando constantemente, los materiales de las telas y la manufactura de la ropa accesible son de menos calidad y la ropa no dura lo mismo de lo que solía en la época de nuestros abuelos, por ello cuando estoy en la búsqueda de un abrigo prefiero invertir un poco más de dinero para tener la mejor calidad.
Tras varias visitas a las tiendas que más me gustan me aventuré en la tienda Bimba y Lola (estoy encantada con su ropa y zapatos) y tuve mucha suerte ya que todos los textiles tenían descuento, un visita casual se convirtió en la búsqueda del tesoro.
Encontré una amplia variedad de abrigos de muchos colores, rojo, gris, azul cielo, negro entre otros, para mi suerte tenia un abrigo con corte relajado del color predilecto.
Después de probarme todos los colores disponibles, como lo había pensado mi favorito fue el abrigo camello y tenía un precio bastante razonable.
Estoy orgullosa de mi compra, se que este abrigo me acompañará por muchos inviernos y lucirá impecable en algunos años, claro con el cuidado que se merece.
Esta vez decidí usarlo de forma casual, con un suéter a rayas azules y rojas, unos jeans y unos botines.
Mi Recomendación:
Cuando compren abrigos busquen un corte clásico ya que si este pasa de moda e muy poco probable que les siga gustando el siguiente invierno.
Los abrigos coloridos son increíbles y pienso que esta tendencia no va a pasar de moda próximamente así que no tengan miedo a comprar uno y usarlo este invierno y los que siguen, solo recuerden en buscar un corte clásico que los favorezca por años, no solo una temporada.
Frio no es igual a negro liso, jueguen con las distintas texturas y colores que las tiendas ofrecen y denle al invierno un giro colorido.
