Beanie season is here!
I love beanies, I have them in all shapes and knits, and I have bought them for years I could even say I collect them.
I bought this pastel pink beanie with sparkly details on H&M last winter, I have loved shinny things since I was little, glitter and sequins obsesses me I love bling bling.
Weather has been little crazy lately; I didn’t even remember how cold Mexico City’s wind could be.
I took advantage of this weather to get one of my favorite beanies out, it is chic and sporty; this time I decided to wear it with a denim shirt (my favorites) a pair of white jeggins, a faux fur vest and finally a pair of golden oxford shoes.
I bought this best in Milan during my exchange program, it saved me from many frozen days, I wore it a thousand times and I believe it is time to find a replacement.
This season I hope to take advantage of all my beanies and to show you how fun to wear them in bright or classic colors can be.
My Recommendation:
Must people think beanies don’t look good on them, I think the reason is because they don’t know how to put them on.
There is a great variety of beanies, you can find them chunky knitted, slouchy beret, among many others, the slouchy beret ones are in style at the moment.
The slouchy beret ones are cozy and chic but it is difficult to put them on, I recommend to put it on and leave the edge of it around your face line, this way your face will be clear.
The fabric excess of the slouchy beanie can be uncomfortable and unflattering, to avoid this situation you must lift the center of it (where the seams are) and introduce it inside it self, creating a sort of fold, the results will be flattering and stylized.
Explore the many different beanie shapes and try to find your favorite one, it will keep you warm and chic whether you’re cold or simply because your hair is messy.

La temporada de gorritos está aquí!
Amo los gorritos, los tengo en diferentes colores formas y tejidos, llevo años comprándolos y podría decir que los colecciono.
Este gorrito pastel con detalles brillantes lo compre en H&M el invierno pasado, me encanta todo lo que brilla desde pequeña, me obsesiona la diamantina, las lentejuelas, los brillantes, literal todo lo que brille.
El clima esta de locos, no recordaba lo frio que puede ser el aire en la Ciudad de México.
Aproveché este clima para sacar no de mis gorritos favoritos, me parece que es elegante y deportivo, esta vez lo decidí combinar con una camisa de mezclilla (mis favoritas) unos jeggins blancos, un chaleco felpudo y finalmente unos oxfords dorados.
Este chaleco lo compré en Milán durante mi intercambio, me salvo de muchos días fríos, lo use infinidad de veces y creo que ha llegado el momento de buscar un remplazo.
Espero sacar todo el provecho de mis gorritos esta temporada y poderles mostrar lo divertido que puede ser usarlos con colores brillantes o simplemente los clásicos.
Mi Recomendación:
Muchas personas creen que los gorritos no les son favorecedores pero pienso que es por que no saben ponérselos.
Hay una amplia variedad de gorritos, existen con tejido grueso, con aire desgarbado, la clásica boina, entre muchos más, los que están de moda principalmente son los desgarbados.
Los gorros desgarbados son estilizados y acogedores pero son difíciles de poner, recomiendo que después ponerlo sobre la cabeza, el borde de éste quede en la línea del cuero cabelludo, de esta forma la frente y cara se mantienen libres.
El sobrante trasero de gorro es lo que suele incomodar o lucir mal, para evitar esto hay que levantar el centro del este (donde se encuentran las costuras) e introducirlo dentro del mismo creando una especie de doblez, el resultado es muy favorecedor y más estilizado.
Exploren los distintos modelos de gorritos que existen y encuentren el que más les guste, así podrán estar calientitos y estilizados en esos días fríos o simplemente algún día que su pelo este descontrolado.
